After payment

After payment goes through, your tickets appear on your order. Keep your order ID handy—it helps us help you faster.

Entry

Arrive a little early, have your QR ready at the door, and read the event page for time, venue, age limits, and any special entry rules.

Issues

If something doesn’t match what you booked, note your order details, double-check the event page, then contact us—we’ll look into it with you.

Refund timing depends on the situation—see our refund policy for cancellations and other cases.
Tickets that are misused, duplicated, or transferred when they shouldn’t be may not scan at entry.
If an event page says something different from general info elsewhere on the site, follow the event page.
When you contact support, your booking confirmation and order ID are the handiest details to share.
