Refund policy

How refunds work at Jam Room—what to expect on your card, when exceptions apply, and how to reach us if you have a question.

Core policy

  • In most cases, tickets are not refundable if you change your mind. You may qualify if the event is cancelled or another exception in this policy applies.
  • Whether a refund is possible can depend on payment status, organiser approval, and the terms shown for that event.
  • When a refund is issued, timing depends on your bank and payment provider—often a few business days.
  • We don’t refund tickets that were duplicated, misused, or transferred against the event rules.

Cancelled events

If Jam Room cancels

If we cancel an event, we’ll follow the refund steps for that show and work with the organiser and payment provider to return eligible payments.

Customer requests

If you cannot attend

Contact us with your order details. We review every request, though approval isn’t guaranteed unless the event terms allow it.
