If we cancel an event, we’ll follow the refund steps for that show and work with the organiser and payment provider to return eligible payments.

Core policy
- In most cases, tickets are not refundable if you change your mind. You may qualify if the event is cancelled or another exception in this policy applies.
- Whether a refund is possible can depend on payment status, organiser approval, and the terms shown for that event.
- When a refund is issued, timing depends on your bank and payment provider—often a few business days.
- We don’t refund tickets that were duplicated, misused, or transferred against the event rules.
