These terms govern your use of The Jam Room website and services, including browsing, creating an account, purchasing tickets, and attending events. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using The Jam Room website, mobile experience, or ticketing services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Some events may have age or other restrictions stated on the event page; you are responsible for meeting those requirements.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to complete certain actions. You are responsible for accurate information, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Tickets and orders
- Contract: When you complete a purchase, you enter into a contract for the specific event subject to these terms and any terms shown at checkout or on the event page.
- Pricing: Prices, fees, taxes, and availability are as displayed at checkout unless there is a clear error. We may correct pricing errors before acceptance of your order.
- Delivery: Tickets or confirmations are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated. You must provide a valid email and check spam or promotions folders.
- Limits: We may impose purchase limits or refuse orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or violation of event rules.
5. Event changes and cancellations
Organisers may change event dates, venues, line-ups, or other details. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, remedy (including refunds) follows the event-specific terms and our Refund policy. Jam Room's role may be limited to facilitating ticketing under organiser instructions.
6. Conduct at events
You must follow venue rules, staff directions, and applicable law. We and venues may refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves dangerously, harasses others, damages property, or violates policies. Tickets may not be honoured if misused, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, design, and content (excluding user-generated content you own) are owned by Jam Room or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial sharing of links.
8. Third-party services
Payments and some features are provided by third parties (for example payment gateways). Their terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee specific event outcomes beyond delivering valid ticketing in line with the organiser and these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jam Room and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law does not allow such limitations.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Jam Room against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these terms, or violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these terms, legal requirements, or risk to security or other users. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction for commercial disputes where permitted, without prejudice to non-waivable rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date below. Material changes may be communicated as required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
